Delete your account

You can permanently delete your TheVideoGen account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Profile, then Account, then Delete account.

On the website

Sign in at thevideogen.com with the same account, come back to this page, type DELETE below and confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, photo, gender), progress, choices, streak, unlocks, play history and sign-in sessions. Payment and tax records that the law requires us to keep are retained.

Subscriptions

Website subscriptions are cancelled automatically. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not stop their billing: cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings.
