Shipping and delivery

TheVideoGen is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive what you buy

• Your plan is delivered to your TheVideoGen account as soon as the payment succeeds. This is usually instant.
• You use it by signing in with the same Google account on thevideogen.com or in the TheVideoGen apps.
• Stories stream online. We do not deliver downloadable files.

If your plan does not unlock

Sign out and sign in again. If the plan still does not show within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email hello@thevideogen.com with the email address on your account and the payment reference. We fix it or refund the payment.
