Affiliate and agent terms

1. What this is

The affiliates and agents programs are bounty programs run by TheVideoGen AI, Inc. You are an independent contractor. This is not employment, and /affiliates is not a job listing.

2. How you earn

You earn 20% of paid Creator, Pro, and Studio invoices for up to 12 months on a subscription you referred. Yearly is 20% of that yearly invoice once. Typed promo code wins over the 30-day cookie. One subscription, one partner — influencer or agent, never both.

3. What does not pay

• Free accounts, $0 invoices, cancelled-before-pay
• Refunds and chargebacks (we claw the row)
• Credit top-up packs
• Enterprise
• Self-referral (same Google, card, Stripe customer, or device as you)

4. Payouts

USD, $50 minimum, after a 14–30 day hold (we use 21 days). Manual until Stripe Connect. W-9 / W-8BEN when payouts start. No TheVideoGen coin. No crypto payouts.

5. Affiliate account

Affiliates use a separate login and database from the TheVideoGen product. Signing up at /affiliates/login does not create a product seat and does not grant generate.

6. Conduct

No cookie stuffing, fake reviews, bought accounts, or wrapping our generate API as unlimited video. We may reject or close a partner for abuse.
