Do clips come with sound?

Yes — audio is generated with the picture, not added afterwards.

Last updated August 26, 2026

Clips are generated with synchronised audio. It is produced at the same time as the picture rather than dubbed on afterwards, so footsteps, room tone and speech line up with what is happening on screen.

You can mute a generation if you only want picture. If you are cutting several shots together, generating with audio and muting in the edit usually gives you more to work with than turning it off up front.
