How long can a clip be?
Four to fifteen seconds, at the resolution your plan includes.
Last updated August 26, 2026
Clips run from four to fifteen seconds. The available lengths are 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 15 seconds — the model is trained around that range, and fifteen seconds is a real ceiling rather than a plan limit.
Longer pieces are made by generating several shots and cutting them together, which is also how you get a change of angle. A single generation is a single continuous take.
Roughly 80 credits covers one ten-second clip before revisions, so the length you choose is the main thing that moves your usage.
